Punishing crimes that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises in accordance with the law is the main way for procuratorial organs to equally protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises in accordance with the law. In a series of corruption cases within a private real estate enterprise, the Shanghai procuratorial organs accurately identified the criminal facts, timely supplemented the prosecution of omitted crimes, and simultaneously promoted the investigation and punishment of related party bribery crimes; At the same time, we will adhere to addressing both the symptoms and root causes, help enterprises improve internal governance, and build a strong "firewall" against corruption within the enterprise. In a contract fraud case involving a large amount of trade, the amount involved was over 6.8 billion yuan. The Zhejiang procuratorial organs strictly distinguished the boundary between civil fraud and contract fraud crimes, prosecuted for omissions and crimes in accordance with the law, and simultaneously promoted the full process of recovering stolen goods and losses, equally protecting the legitimate rights and interests of various victimized enterprises including state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, and foreign enterprises in accordance with the law.
